Our Carrier Implementation Specialist will coordinate all carrier implementations and directly support related technical setups. You will work with large amounts of data, so you should be comfortable with large data sets. In a typical day, you will research data and file questions from carriers and internal customers. Excellent communication skills and an obsessive attention to detail are ESSENTIAL. You must have working knowledge of EDI, SQL and some familiarity with the transportation industry.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Keep track of current status and next steps for all active, resolved, and backlog requests
2. Provide internal customer service regarding the process and carrier-specific requirements
3. Initiate and manage carrier communication, making sure the appropriate individuals are copied
4. Coordinating internal technical requests (such as SFTP credentials, mapping, and QC)
5. Setting up EDI channels, data file loading, balancing, and troubleshooting
6. Understand fundamental concepts of SQL, EDI, OCR, API, SFTP, and other standard protocols
7. Research and contribute to carrier-specific SOP documentation
8. Work closely with Audit Services to ensure accurate and efficient audit implementations
