For this role we will look to you to:

  • Promptly respond to incoming calls and respond appropriately to customer inquiries.
  • Provide shipment, product, and service information to customers.
  • Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem and follow-up with solutions.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Work with outside service groups to enter and follow-up on orders and service.
  • Report and track reset and install promotions.
  • Utilize and understand proprietary software.
  • Maintain database accuracy.

The gross hourly range is $16.00- $18.00. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Qualifications


Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, listening and focusing skills and resolution skills.
  • Minimum of two years customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Ability to work from a home office environment and maintain professional focus and demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Flexible, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-moving, start-up type of environment managing multiple tasks and projects in a time-sensitive environment.
