Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in fabricating, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
