We currently have an opening for the following position: Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible, under the general supervision of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor for all phases of general repair maintenance, physical condition, and preventative maintenance of assigned properties ensuring that the properties are always maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.

Location: Lugar Tower; Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, On call rotation required

FLSA Status: Full-time, non-exempt, hourly pay
