Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator with ElitAire in Columbus, OH

As a Service Coordinator at ElitAire, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of the service technician team. This individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence. Other responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that will interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, and be flexible and willing to assist as needed. Additionally, this candidate will have:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 Years Customer Service Experience
• HVAC technical/industry knowledge is a plus
• Excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Experience using an ERP platform highly desirable
