Career Opportunity – Project Manager / Testing Services with CTL Engineering in Indianapolis, IN

Do you have strong project management experience? Are you experienced in the construction engineering services and testing industry? If you answered yes, we want to speak to you!

As the Project Manager / Testing Services at CTL Engineering, you will develop cost estimates of construction testing projects and manage the reporting of quality control activities. You will train and manage a team of technicians conducting material testing services for construction projects to including soil, concrete, and asphalt. You will coordinate with our clients to schedule testing, ensure a high level of service, and to meet the requirements of construction projects.

To be considered, you will have the following:

• 3-5 years of testing experience and or land development and project management.
• Previous experience working for a testing company.
• Contacts in the Indiana construction industry with a focus on the Indianapolis market.
• Significant experience with concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and utility construction engineering services and testing.
• Significant experience with field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, preferred but not required.
• PMP certification, preferred but not required.
• ACI Grade I, DOT Asphalt Tech, NICET Level II Soils, ICC.
• Special inspections and/or CWI/NDT inspectors, preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
