Our client in Cincinnati, OH is searching for a Project Management Manager that will manage and direct the work of the Project Managers and provide managerial oversight for multiple projects and customers. In this role you will monitor project scopes, costs, schedules, outside vendors, contractual deliverables, and ensure timely and effective communication to the customers. You will coordinate with various internal organizational functions to detect and anticipate project risks and activate proactive mitigation/management plans.

Additionally, you will maintain and develop metrics, standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and management.

To be considered you must have:

• Bachelor's degree - Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering - or equivalent experience
• Prior experience managing or leading a team of Project Managers in a manufacturing environment
• Project Management certificate preferred
• Experience in a similar role dealing with Industrial Automation / Equipment, preferably Converting/Packaging Machinery Applications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to promote a very constructive cooperation with other departments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Project Online or other similar project management platform experience, required
• SAP experience, preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel - minimal
