Kolar, located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, is an award-winning team that specializes in bridging best-in-class interiors, brand experience, and spatial design—built on measurable insights that spark positive change.
Kolar is currently hiring a Project Manager. You will enjoy a hybrid work schedule, working in the office and remotely, as well as a supportive working environment that fosters creativity and employee development.
The project coordinator will coordinate project schedules & timelines, assist with reviews of proposals/budgets and resource capacity, flag issues and risks of projects, and coordinate monthly billing through internal company systems. The project coordinator will ensure each project is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various team members in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.

This is an exempt, full-time position which will typically involve 40 hours a week. The employee may occasionally travel for clients who are not located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The position will report to a member of the Kolar Leadership Team for mentorship and career and organizational management.
