Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. We are seeking someone who demonstrates autonomy and initiative to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers and team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Use construction software to effectively communicate project status
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the city to pull permits
- Prepare and present project updates to clients.
This position offers exposure to a diverse range of custom home projects and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the field.

-Prior experience or coursework related to construction or project management is a plus but not required.
