Overview

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to drive informed business decisions. Additionally, you will contribute your knowledge of business processes and data structure to assist in building new business tools.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
• Assist in designing and building a new data warehouse structure, including defining data models, schemas, and relationships to fit business needs.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes and data structures.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics, data quality and business processes.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or computer science (or 2 years relevant work experience)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with business processes and understanding of how data supports business operations.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting errors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft office suite, including advanced Excel, SQL
