The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining the integrity of delivery schedule data between Purchasing ETA’s and coordination of delivery trucks to each solar site and / or warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with vendors and internal purchasing team to convert ETA’s from the Master Delivery Schedule into the Daily Delivery Schedule.
- Communicate with remote teams regarding Daily Delivery Schedule and adjustments with delivery appointments.
- Inbound and outbound freight sourcing.
- Standardization and analysis of historic freight data.
- Cross-functional training with the Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Logistics & Inventory Operations Managers as well as learning how to budget.
- Streamline communication and transactional data through Teams and ViewPoint Vista (ERP).
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements
- Excellent planning, problem solving and organization skills
- Strong MS Office and fluent Excel skills
- Strong customer service skills (internal and external customers)
- Must be detail oriented with demonstrated ability for accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with multiple partners and peers across the organization.
- Must have the ability to convey information and ideas verbally and written.
- Must have the ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
- Bachelors degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) preferred or equivalent related experience.
