StraCon Services Group, LLC. is Hiring a Program Analyst, Junior Near Patuxent River, MD
StraCon is currently seeking a Full-Time Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior to support a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) program office in Patuxent River, MD. The Program/Project/Management Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Essential Job Duties:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Develops program acquisition documentation, such as PIDs, SOW and CDRLs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules utilizing NAVAIR AMS tools, including PMT, Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and CDRL Tool.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Utilizes MS Teams.

Experience Requirements:
- Less than three years’ experience performing duties described in the Essential Job Duties.
Desired Experience:
- Working knowledge of NAVAIR AMS Suite of Tools (CDRLs, PMT, and CSPT).
- Experience providing critical program management support for major DoD acquisition systems with multiple appropriations and multiple type/model/series aircrafts and/or systems.
Education Requirements:
- AA/AS degree
- Allowable substitution:
- A HS Diploma and Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the Essential Job Duties may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.

- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
