Summary of Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground level of a newly formed department within our Fund Services division. The Daily NAV Operations Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing the day-to-day operations for its daily valued funds. We are seeking a candidate to join our growing team with a proven ability to work collaboratively with groups across an organization and with outside service providers to direct appropriate information flow and effectively manage reporting deadlines. 

*This is a HYBRID role, Hours of work are 11am-8pm EST. West coast applicants encouraged to apply

What you'll do:

• Reconcile cash and positions/securities daily to relevant sources.
• Ensure accurate pricing of the fund[s] according to agreed pricing policy.
• Ensure daily accuracy of P&L reports.
• Process accurate calculation of fund[s] NAV.
• Perform daily/monthly closing procedures.
• Work with various products including equities, bonds, swaps, options, FX, and futures.
• Assist/support client and team with special projects and requests.
• Identify issues/concerns proactively and escalate to Manager as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting/Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years portfolio accounting experience 
• Experience working with a wide array of marketable securities including but not limited to equities, bonds, swaps, options, FX, and futures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties under strict deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure individually as well as in a team environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience using portfolio accounting system EAGLE (STAR)
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (VBA)
• Experience working in a Daily NAV production environment
