Summary of Role:

As the IT Systems Administrator, you will provide support in administering, implementing, and maintaining all internal and external IT systems. This position will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our current systems while demonstrating enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong sense of pride in their work. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to swiftly adapt and learn within our dynamic environment.

 What you’ll do

• Assist with the implementation of new internal IT systems ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. 
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of current processes and systems. 
• Promote and enforce adherence of IT best practices and standards across the organization. 
• Take proactive measures to enhance the cyber and IT security posture. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal user’s IT inquiries, requests, and technical assistance needs. 
• Manage inventory and maintenance of all IT equipment for the company. 
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data and IT resources.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college or university. 
• Minimum of 3 years of Information Technology experience in a business, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Thorough understanding of maintenance/configuration for Windows 10/11. 
• Understanding of network concepts with the ability to troubleshoot. 
• Working knowledge of IT vulnerability solution. 
• General Windows infrastructure administration including AD and DNS administration and PowerShell scripting. 
• Strong organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail. 
• Adept in administration, training, and troubleshooting of Azure AD/Entra, Azure Portal Services, Office 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and other Office 365 apps. 

Preferred Education and Experience 

• Relevant certifications are highly desirable. 
• Passionate about new technologies and working in a team environment. 
• Hardware management. 
• FTP user administration. 
• Draft and maintain internal technical documentation and manuals for applicable systems.
