Stouts Pizza Company is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Lead to operate our location on the north west side of San Antonio. Stouts Pizza Company is locally owned, and quickly growing. We are seeking applicants that are passionate about the restaurant business, with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
• Training and supervising staff
• Creating weekly schedules
• Provide leadership to employees
• Assist employees with developing within the company
• Foster teamwork among employees
• Overseeing food and beverage stock levels
• Ordering food and beverage supplies on a weekly basis
• Delegating daily cleaning and weekly detailing tasks
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years kitchen experience
• Experience placing food and beverage orders
• Food Manager Certification (required within first two weeks)
• Pizza experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:

• Hourly base rate based on experience PLUS TIPS (Minimum hourly rate guaranteed by company match)

Position will require you be physically present in the store 30-40 hours per week based on workload and scheduling. You will be responsible for daily kitchen operations of the store, and will be a first point of contact to employees for any issues that arise while you are not present. You will report issues to GM.
