Stoughton Health is Hiring an Environmental Services Technician Near Stoughton, WI

Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a Housekeeper who is detail oriented and desires to be a part of a great infection prevention team. This position works independently cleaning outpatient areas.

Unique Position Requirements:

  • Responsible for rounding and cleaning of inpatient/outpatient rooms and supporting rooms.
  • Terminal cleaning of patient discharge and public restrooms.
  • Restocking paper products and soap/sanitizer dispensers.
  • Cleaning of high-touch environmental surfaces and assists in cleaning emergency spills as requested.
  • Dust and damp mop patient floors, restrooms and other areas of the facility.
  • Gathers and disposes of recyclables and trash
  • Part-Time, 4 hours per day, 40 hours bi-weekly, flexible start time between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Weekend hours as needed.

Required
  • Requires ability to read and write English and interpret measuring and hazard instructions on labels and able to maintain the challenging and physical demands of the job such as standing, walking, stooping, twisting, lifting, bending, pushing, and reaching.
