Responsibilities:

• Proficient and comfortable in working alongside both on-site and remote, offshore teams (All team members possess English fluency).
• Skilled in providing effective coaching to remote employees.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements, market research, and customer feedback.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined and reflects the most current priorities and objectives.
• Strong capability in preparing and presenting process flow charts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product launches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and relevant managerial audiences, providing regular updates on project progress and soliciting feedback to inform decision-making.
• Plan and oversee the execution of sprint cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Confirm appropriate UAT testing has been completed and meets requisite standards before going to production.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of the end user.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to our product offerings.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of the self storage industry - market landscape, industry trends, competitive analyses, customer needs
• Integral in further defining product vision through close collaboration with Business Development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, encompassing key areas such as computer engineering, software design, data structures, programming languages, and advanced mathematics.
• Must have 3 years proven experience in a similar role, with a successful track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools like Zoho and Jira.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design is mandatory.
