Job Summary
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction, quality of work, and timely completion of exterior construction projects. The, Project Manager follows systems/processes to be successful. "Do what we say" and take care of the customer and sub-contractors. Deliver a 5-star google performance.
The Project Manager is the point person for all customer/production-related issues. The Project Manager is based largely in the field conducting daily site visits, running materials if needed. The Project Managers must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere passion for customer service.
  • Able to follow systems/Processes to create the best possible customer experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing/siding projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of roofing/siding professionals, including crew members, subcontractors, and other staff.
  • Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and ensure the team's understanding of project requirements and safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of roofing materials and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing/siding installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Production management team to address customer concerns and provide effective resolution.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to roofing/siding installations and safety protocols.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management or administrative capacity
  • Experience in roofing/siding/construction industry is highly desired, but looking for a leader first

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail
