Job Summary: We are looking for competent and friendly restaurant bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. The bartender should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and create new regular repeating guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption

-Prevent over consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

-Follow directions and measurments when making specialty drinks
- Strong knowledge of different types of drinks, cocktails, and brewing techniques
- Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or featured items
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders at once
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
