Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components of the IT infrastructure.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot network issues, server performance, and other infrastructure-related problems.
• Work with the team to implement security measures and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the documentation of IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Participate in regular maintenance activities, including software updates, patch management, and system backups.
• Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide support for IT infrastructure-related audits and compliance efforts.

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $27-$37 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
