Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the store meets sales targets and operational goals.
Candidate should have at least a minimum of 4 years in a management role, preferably in the grocery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Set and achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and merchandising displays
- Handle cash register operations and reconcile daily sales
Qualifications:
