Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Grocery Associate to join our team. As a Grocery Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with their grocery needs. We have openings in our meat, produce, stock and front end departments.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service in whatever department you are assigned to
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately (if on the front end)
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Provide assistance with special orders or requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating cash registers is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems or inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
