Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Manager to join our team. As a Produce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and efficient store operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the produce department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising of products
- Ensure proper handling and storage of produce to maintain freshness and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Train and supervise produce department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitor department performance, and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the produce department
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
