Summary
Stone Brewing is searching for an efficient, reliable and passionate Seasonal Line Cook to join our Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens team to support over the summer (May - September).
This person will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.
They will also assist in the areas of food and final plate preparation including the plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
PLEASE NOTE : This is a seasonal position with the primary purpose being to support our Bistro operations during our highest volume period (May - September).
If another Part-Time or Full-Time role becomes available during this time, the Seasonal Line Cook is welcome to apply to the permanent position.
