STLCRE is Hiring a Property Accountant Near St. Louis, MO

Tasks include but are not limited to:

· Data entry, accounts payable & receivable

· Gather & reconcile receipts to monthly charge statements, making timely payments

· Overseeing, managing all aspects of the office and its daily functions

· Light answering, transferring of phone calls

· Working closely with Accounting Team, Property Management Team, and Construction Team

· Entering and payment of confidential and time sensitive information both in Microsoft excel and on Property Management System

· Answering of emails, phone calls, and face to face interactions with tenants and vendors

· Completion of other tasks as assigned

The right individual will possess these qualities:

· Able to prioritize with strong organization and multi-tasking skills

· Experience required self motivated team driven

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing

· Knowledge & advanced skills in the use of a computer & Microsoft Office, including Excel

· Flexibility to help in all aspects of the company

Accounting software Yardi, Skyline, QuickBooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
