Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in maintaining an efficient office environment.

Duties:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is advantageous.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently.
- Experience in event planning is a bonus.
