Our client in Darien is looking for a motivated candidate who can step into the role of their next Sales Administrator. This account management position will allow you the opportunity to work for a great organization while gaining new experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with outside sales team for data entry
- Answering customer questions primarily via email
- Creating and entering purchase orders for the sales team
- 2-3 years of general office experience
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and any ERP systems
- Attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with MS Office, Quickbooks (preferred but not necessary)
- High School diploma or equivalent
