Compensation:

Collections Specialist

Are you seeking a role where you can play a pivotal part in managing the collection of outstanding account receivables? We're looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team, where you'll be a crucial member in ensuring the financial health of our firm.

Collections Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to review outstanding balances and expedite payments.
  • Document collection activity and status using our firm's collection system, scheduling follow-ups and generating necessary reports.
  • Investigate and analyze client payment history to determine appropriate follow-up actions.

Collections Specialist Job Requirements:

  • Accounting or Finance Degree & Three to five years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required, experience with Aderant considered a plus.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Salary: $55-$70k
Schedule M-F: 8:45am - 5:15pm (flexible)
On site in Office to Start-Once trained, will work hybrid schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
