Accounting Assistant duties:
Handle the A/P, A/R, daily sales audit including cash receipts
Post to the general ledger
Generate purchase orders for custom orders and prepare the delivery tickets to the customers
Prepare the manifests for the weekly inbound shipments and receive and allocate to stock and customers in the system.
Accounting Assistant requirements:
2 years prior AR, AP and general ledger experience
Fluent in Excel and Quickbooks experience
Hours- 9:00 AM -5:30 PM
Pay rate- $22-24/hr depending on experience
