```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Junk Removal Specialist. As a Junk Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently removing and disposing of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various environments.

```Responsibilities```
- Communicate with clients to understand their junk removal needs
- Safely and efficiently load and unload items onto a truck or van
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks to transport heavy items
- Sort and organize items for proper disposal or recycling
- Drive a van or box truck to different locations for junk removal assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the removal process
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

```Experience```
- Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience operating a pallet jack or similar equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Commercial driving experience is preferred but not mandatory
