```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
```Duties```
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with the administration of Active Directory and user accounts
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Assist with the setup and configuration of mobile devices for employees
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and software applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory administration
- Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service management tools
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and security protocols
- Ability to set up and configure mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Experience in network administration is a plus
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, virtualization) is a plus
