```Job Summary```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions.

```Duties```
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
