We are seeking a professional real estate Recruiter/Director of Expansion to identify driven agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. The successful Recruiter/Director of Expansion will:
· Have a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
· Proactively network and establish effective working relationships, pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to making contact with Realtors
· Demonstrate strategic-thinking skills and ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
· Collaborate ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that deliver the highest quality results
· Develop creative Realtor sourcing strategy by leveraging a number of communication methods including cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, social media, Indeed, etc. and executing the strategy through in-person meetings and event attendance
· Build generational wealth by helping others achieve their goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent with our company
· Foster a world-class network of top talents and growing excitement within that network about the opportunities with our company
· Possess outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence (a proven ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy)
· Appropriately assess and maintain discretion in confidential situations
· Be an active listener
· Have a proactive, positive attitude
· Possess skills in Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
Responsibilities:
· Drive the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising in the selection of final Realtors for hiring. Participate in the negotiation of offers and closing candidates
· Develop and implement short and long-term sourcing and hiring strategies incorporating websites and social media techniques
· Drive the sourcing strategy to identify, attract and build a talent pipeline as well as make assessments and recommendations on talent in the market
· Set quarterly goals in growth for the company
· Provide monthly progress reports to leadership
· Share Brokerage value story with recruits, leaders, and associates
· Evaluate the Realtors’ abilities to ensure they align with our high-performance standards and culture
· Actively participate in special projects, committees, initiatives, and training
· Perform daily prospecting and nurturing
· Coach and consult with associates and leadership
· Occasionally lead meetings with our company Realtors
· Support/oversee the implementation of training, education, and development opportunities in the Market
· Additional duties may be assigned and required as needs arise in order to assure goals in overall growth of the company
