Job DescriptionWe are seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in La Marque, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and will be committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist regarding patient status
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
• Ensure that treatment areas are clean and organized
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
