Location: Farmington, New Mexico
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or pain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their goals and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- We are looking for therapists who want to earn extra money in their spare time.
- Our therapists set their own hours. You work when you want and you don’t need to leave your current job!
- Our therapists earn above average pay. Pay is PRN/ Per Visit.

Requirements:
- Home Health Experience
- Matrix Care System Experience
- Oasis / Started care - Documentation.
- Active Texas State Professional/ Clinical License
- Current CPR
- Reliable Transportation/ Valid Driver’s License/ Auto Insurance
- Flexibility to work home health Setting
