Job Details:
- Direct hire
- $35,000 base with a strong bonus structure
- Monday and Wednesday
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
- Provide customer additional information or explain services
- Discuss products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
- Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required
- Accurately capture customer information
- Create and maintain all related documentation and reporting
- Handle invoicing of customers
- Expedite and assist with purchasing and receiving
- Update and maintain existing customer data bases
- Word and Excel mandatory
- Fast learner
- Must be able to communicate well
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong Computer Skills
- Training Provided
