**LPN’S NEEDED**$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS**
South Shore Health and Rehabilitation, LLC, a premier Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Gary, is looking for LPN’S to join our team!
We are currently looking for individuals that are passionate about making a difference and want to work in a culture that promotes communication, respect and collaboration.
The LPN performs their duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of our facility, as well as within State and local laws.
8 hour shifts; all shifts available.
Part time or full time schedules.
Full time benefits include health, dental and vision insurance. Sick, vacation and holiday pay. 401k with company match.
**STARTING PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE**$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS**
