Responsibilities:

• Close and prepare month-end and annual statements, manage cash flow, and assist Managers and CEO in operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee the processing of daily operational tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bi-weekly payroll functions.
• Process monthly Revenue and manage expense policies.
• Lead and direct the efforts of others on the team: accounts payable clear, senior staff accountant, and collections manager.
• Assist in the development of a process manual.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, finance, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in health care or 5 years in a general accounting role.
• Strong working knowledge of general accounting practices, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and the administration of a comprehensive set of controls.
• CPA is a plus , not required.
• Possess the ability to lead, direct, and motivate a small team of like-minded individuals.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.
