Job Summary :

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment while supporting company objectives.

Job Duties :

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly
• Assist in sourcing supplies and maintaining safety systems
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED; technical education preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in facilities maintenance
• Electrical skills, HVAC certification preferred
• Basic computer skills and valid driver’s license
