Job Description:
The primary goal of Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is to provide services to children and their families with quality care using ABA, Occupational, and Speech Therapies in a variety of settings to create individualized care and ensure the desired outcomes.
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the oversight and management of company operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all operational activities of the company
* Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the company
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
* Experience managing operations in a medical or healthcare setting (ABA, Occupational, or Speech Therapy setting preferred)
* Thorough understanding of healthcare management principles and practices
* Superior leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
