Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children. We currently have an opening for a BCBA in our Bonita Springs Clinic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations
- Implement ABA strategies and techniques focusing on verbal behavior
- Create and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect services
- Supervise and train staff on the principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Work collaboratively with our team of professionals
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree (Required)
- Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities
- Valid FL Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Must be a team player
- Must have an effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Medicaid Credentialed (Preferred)
