At Two Hearts ABA Therapy, we pride ourselves on setting our staff up for success to deliver the highest quality behavior analytic services to all our clients by providing industry leading in-home, onsite or community-based ABA Therapy and Mental Health services. We provide an initial in-office training, and continuous support through ongoing trainings with our clients at the location of therapy, as well as in our office. We offer a culture that encourages steady growth and development in the field of ABA and promotes collaborative team work.
Duties and responsibilities
- Capable of ConductIng functional Behavior Assessments when needed
- Capable of Updating objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
- Observes the (RBT)therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week or as needed
- Provides praise or corrective feedback to staff (e.g., including training, and/or modeling if necessary)
- Treatment integrity, making sure that programs implemented incorrectly once per week
- Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week.
- Able to collect IOA data with therapist to ensure proper data collection recorded.
- Provides caregiver training
- Completes therapist evaluation weekly
- Informs immediate supervisor of issues that may occur
- Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization, notes, and monthly reports)
- Completes daily progress notes
- Completes authorized therapy hours per client
Requirements & Qualifications
- Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst.
- Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the agency.
- Must possess a high level of integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
