STEPin-stepUP Inc is a social work company based out of Indianapolis and serving the greater Indianapolis area and surrounding counties. Our company provides case management , parent education, and supervised visitation to families who are in need of child services or have an open CHINS case.
We are looking for case managers that can work in the field with client's and who have a basic understanding of case management , social services, and child services. The persons we seek will need to be able to display a strong work ethic, good time management skills, adaptability, and empathy. We are seeking case managers that can be a part of a team while having the ability to be effective in an unsupervised environment. This position requires the use of your own vehicle and applicants must have a valid driver license and automobile insurance. These positions also require a Bachelor degree. Applicants with a degree in psychology, sociology, or social work will be evaluated quickly.
Job description: Looking for qualified case managers for our Central Indianapolis region. As well we are in need of case managers who live in or near our Southern region including Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings, Shelby, and Franklin counties, and our northern region of Madison, Tipton, and Hancock counties
Our Case Managers collaborate with our internal treatment team and community agencies to directly advocate for at-risk children and families, providing critical needs assessments, prevention and intervention services, and progress monitoring.
