- Mentor/coach Junior consultant
- Develop subject matter expertise in QRM
- Create QRM-related reports in Tableau
- Pull back datasets using SQL (or Python) and perform ad hoc data analysis
- Create user guide documentation and other documentation to prepare for audits
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Data Analysis expertise
- Finance background/degree Finance (not just Financial Services) work experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Technical skills: SQL (required), Tableau (required), Python (nice to have), some AWS exposure desired (Redshift, s3 Bucket)
- Personality: ambitious, self-starter, proactive, great communication skills, unafraid to ask questions/curious
- Experience mentoring more junior team members
