Senior Manager, Strategic Corporate Finance

In your role as Senior Manager, Strategic Corporate Finance, you will support the CFO and be responsible for helping to negotiate and manage the credit lines, leases, and debt financing for several portfolio companies. You will need to have deep experience and a thorough understanding and knowledge of banking products, lending policies and procedures.

We are seeking an experienced finance and credit professional to join our dynamic accounting and finance team.

Primary Duties

• Leverage deep finance and banking experience to identify and negotiate credit agreements
• Optimize our portfolio of debt capital and align to strategic priorities
• Manage and expand our banking relationships
• Provide leadership in working across internal organizations to meet their credit financing needs
• Clearly identify and execute financial outcomes that further the strategic imperatives of our growing businesses
• Review and analyze credit reports and financial information
• Develop creative, sound and effective financial solutions existing and projected company cash flow needs
• Understand and determine value of collateral; review independent appraisal reports
• Prepare detailed loan presentations
• Review and manage loan documentation and process
• Execute every transaction with excellence
• Ensure adherence to debt covenants.
• Help develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5 years of experience in commercial lending or treasury/finance
• Thorough knowledge of credit and banking products, and lending policies and procedures
• Understanding of capital structure and business cash flow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and external banking relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience working with diverse types of businesses
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
