Stellar is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in land development design and permitting. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing all processes required for producing design documents (plans, specifications, calculations, reports, etc.) that will be used from conceptual design for client approval all the way through construction level documents.
