Job Title: Civil Engineer - Land Development
Overview: In search of a skilled Civil Engineer specializing in land development design and permitting. This pivotal role involves spearheading the development and management of all processes essential for generating design documents, ranging from conceptualization to construction-level documentation, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate independently or within project-assigned teams to accomplish objectives.
Uphold adherence to project requisites, timelines, and overall quality standards.
Facilitate inter-discipline coordination, review shop drawings, and conduct site inspections.
Qualifications:
Possession of a Civil Engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university.
Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 3 years in site design and permitting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, leveraging its functionalities effectively.
Preferential consideration for candidates with EIT/EI certification, though not mandatory.
Experience with Procore and ACC is advantageous.
Flexibility to travel overnight, estimated at approximately 15%.
