The digital communication specialist works to support the use of the Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak website, social media, and internal communication platforms. You will be required to collaborate with our content and marketing departments on generating leads through the website and online advertisements, boosting organic site traffic, and increasing engagement with our brand through effective social media posts and newsletters.

This position has flexible hours with a minimum of 20 hours a week.

$20 hr DOE

• Coordinate our digital communications activities across a variety of channels—website, social media, email marketing, etc.
• Ensure that all our digital communications align with our brand guidelines and that they are catered to our target audience
• Write and proofread various content for the firm, including press releases, advertisements, articles, blog posts, and other content as needed
• Utilize creative and technical writing to promote services and events
• Oversee the management of the Williamsport staff’s online profiles through various social media and professional sites
• Craft engaging content for internal communications and social media platforms
• Develop innovative marketing strategies and identify effective tactics to successfully reach and engage target audiences
• Work with the employees and members of the Million Dollar Solution (elder law attorney coaching group) as needed to provide examples, information, and assistance, as needed
• Assist with special projects, as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline is required
• Experience with digital communications, social media, and digital campaigns
• Possesses strong knowledge of computer operation and word processing software; uses initiative to apply technologies to new contexts
• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
