Steenland Insurance Agency is looking to hire an Account Manager who is a self-motivated, energetic, customer-oriented person that enjoys helping others and works well in a team atmosphere. Steenland Insurance is a family-owned business that has been serving the West Michigan area since 1927.
Job duties would include: processing policy changes, answering incoming phone calls, assisting in-office customers, answering coverage questions, quoting new business, cross-selling, and reporting claims as well as processing payments.
Customer service experience and computer knowledge is required, and experience in the insurance industry is very beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.5 per week
