Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Process and refund extended warranty/finance product cancellations for the dealership
- Process and reconcile manufacturers statements
- Extensive data entry
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- General automotive accounting processes as assigned
Automotive Accounting Clerk qualifications:
- Dealership experience is a must!
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- A go-getter that will take charge and able to manage workload
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
